We have just had a delivery of some gorgeous wool throws for autumn and just been added to the website . They are super soft and large so are just perfect drapes over a sofa or maybe over a bed ? These are also machine washable so perfect for anyone with animals too . We have got them in olive mustard and charcoal , which one will you choose ? X

Bruce the moose is for sale! He is a very impressive Swedish chap! He is approx 96 cm wide between the horns. Plate to nose approx 77 cm and approx height is 80 cm.

Yesterday I had a new delivery from Sweden , and I have now got 3 new beautiful antique Mora clocks in stock !

The right clock hasn't got a date written on it , but is also from early 1800's
I'm very pleased to announce I'm now going to stock these beautiful handmade Swedish ceramics by Mia Blanche. Every cup is handmade by Mia herself in Stockholm , Sweden. I fell in love with them from the first moment I Saw them , and I hope you are all going to love them just as much as I do! Colours means so much to me , and previously I've been searching for the perfect linen and pink! Now I have also discovered the perfect blue, faded indigo from Sarah Hardaker.
It's the perfect blue to go with my greys & whites, it's soft , wobbly and just perfect!
I have just finished this French daybed / single bed in faded indigo and it's now available at £495 ( excluding slats)
Ive also managed to finely photograph the beautiful rustic Swedish table

Happy Valentine's Day everyone!
I've had the perfect morning with sunshine and a trip to the antiques fair . Unfortunately I only picked up a vintage girls lace dress and a milk churn . But I've been busy working on the 19 th century Swedish secretaire and I will put all the details on the website later
It's a beautiful and very impressive piece , and also extremely practical as it offers tons of storage !

The weather is finely getting warmer, the snowdrops , and daffodils are flowering, the sun is shining ( occasionally) and the days are getting longer.
My house is full of flowers, tulips, gypsophila and the lily of valleys I bought from the garden centre is just about to flower. Spring is one of my favourite seasons and as I'm very busy working out the colours and layout for the new house project , choosing fabrics, wallpapers, lighting ( I know the extension hasn't even been built yet ) I've also had a lovely delivery from Sweden! Most of the items are now under the Swedish section , but there is a few more items to go on. I've got the most beautiful kitchen table with a lovely rustic top, a secretaire and a pair of gustavian chest of drawers / bedside cabinets, still to go on.

I'm currently in Sweden enjoying a lovely holiday for Christmas and new year . As we moved house in December things have been a little hectic lately. so the holiday to Sweden couldn't have come at a better time

It's always very inspirational being "home" , nature is always my biggest inspiration source and the nature in Sweden is just sensational. The lakes, the forest, fields , changing seasons . I feel very privileged to spend the last few days of the year here in the magical snow. I would like to wish every one a happy new year and can't wait to get working on lots of exciting new projects in the new year ! X
The smell of hyacinths is filling the house, it can only mean one of thing! Christmas is round the corner and it means very busy times for us all! I've had a very busy Autumn and I can't wait to share it with you all but for now it has to stay under wraps!
Next week we are looking forward to another big delivery from Sweden. It will be the last one this year. Sofas , armchairs , cupboards, dining table just to mention a few things I'm expecting in apart from the beautiful Swedish advent lights.

My house didn't stay empty for long, with another Swedish delivery yesterday and a French due next week my house is as full as ever! Double Bed available
I've got a french vintage bed available. its been completely stripped and reupholstered using only natural materials, and recovered in a beautiful fabric from Cabbages & Roses called Catherine pink. the fabric has been treated with a fabric guard for protection. New for this year is the embroidery & monograms. These look particularly good on plain linen, but can also be used on patterned fabric. Perfect if you like the idea of something different and personal.
Hi! one of my new years resolution was to get my website sorted! it still needs a little bit of work ( a lot! ) but its a start. And as its only the 3rd of January, I think I'm doing ok! I am very excited to get working on lots of new ideas this year. I'm expecting a big delivery from France in the next couple of weeks, so far I've got lots of beds, oyster baskets, a mirror and 5 chairs on order.
